Carlos Mario Orrego Vasquez

Carlos is a Veterinary Physician with a Master’s in Wildlife Management And Conservation; and a Ph.D. in Environmental Science. He supported the national wildlife program of Costa Rica, developing national and participatory policies for the management and conservation of fauna and flora as assets of interest and public domain.
